Keeping Your Holiday Party At The Top Of Everyone’s List

Quite often people will have quite a few choices when it comes to which holiday party they will go to. If you want yours to be at the top of the list, it will take some planning and effort.

Holiday party ideas:

1-Caroling party.

If you have friends that love to sing then getting some together for a caroling party will be a big hit. The singing could be right there in your home or it could be one that has everyone walking through the neighborhood, singing at individual homes.

2-Pet Soiree.

People that love their dogs, really do love them in a big way sometimes. For those that have pet centered lives, a party with their pets can be a lot of fun. The truly devoted can made some homemade holiday treats for the pups as well as doggie-goodie bags to take home. Having funny party favors such as hats. Bows, or even sweaters for the dogs is fun too. Just don’t forget to make treats for their human companions.

3-A crafty  or cooking party

Making something  can be a big part of a family friendly party. Both children and adults can put together gingerbread house kits and then take them home to display. For foodies, a cooking party, such as a sushi party can be a learning and enjoyable experience. Take whatever talent that you have in the kitchen and ask friends to offer their suggestions and expertise.

4-A classic cocktail Christmas party.

This adult themed party needs a few different serving stations. One where guests can put together small sandwiches complete with smoked meats and spreads. There should be a cheese and cracker area for those that love sharp cheeses with red wine. The cocktail table needs to provide all the essentials for classic and fresh drink ideas. Mint for Mojitos, and stuffed queen olives for Martinis should be included along with cherries for a Manhattan.

5-The final addition to a fancy adult party can be a nice ride home.

You want your friends and family to have a jolly good time at your party, so give them the option of a ride home after all the holiday drinking. Renting a limo for the last hours of the party will be a great way to get those home that really should not be driving. A limousine rental that takes several local people home is a much less costly alternative than sending a bunch of holiday drunks out on the road.
